- Responding to your availability inquiries regarding the exhibited artworks.
-Managing the sale, invoicing, and creation of private payment links.
-Coordinating professional packaging, export procedures, and secure shipping of the artworks with our partner transport companies (such as DHL or FedEx).
-Sending exclusive information about new exhibitions, launches, or artist catalogs, only if you have granted us your express consent to do so.
3. SHARING DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES
We commit not to sell, rent, transfer, or commercialize your personal data with third-party companies for advertising purposes. Your data will only be shared with essential providers required to complete your acquisition process:
Couriers and Fine Art Cargo Companies: To manage the physical shipment and insurance of the artwork to your address.
Authorized Payment Gateways: To securely process your financial transaction through the private link (your credit or debit card data is never stored on our servers).
